Ethical Culture Celebrates Lunar New Year at Thrilling Assembly

In late January, Ethical Culture had an astonishing start to the day today with almost the entire School gathering together to celebrate the start of the Lunar New Year. Coordinated by 2nd Grade teacher Irene Jiang along with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lead Shannon Matlovsky, students from our AAPI CARe group shared facts and personal reflections about Lunar New Year before the sounds of drums heralded the arrival of two lions running down the aisles of the auditorium.
